Ben Griffin

Ben Griffin brings over 30 years of fire safety experience and a career long passion for Life Safety Systems and the people they protect to Capitol Sprinkler and Fire Systems. Early on, Mr. Griffin began his career in fabrication and installation. He quickly moved up into project management working as Foreman and Superintendent managing teams of 50+ workers at a time. Mr. Griffin’s extensive hands on experience working with general contractors in Texas and all over the United States enabled him to transition into Sales providing clients with accurate project cost estimations, budgeting, custom design, and start-to-finish project management. Hewlett Packard Data Centers and Universal Studios are among Mr. Griffin’s sizable list of large scale projects he initiated over the course of his career.

Mr. Griffin continues his work in the Fire Safety industry as the Owner and Managing Partner overseeing Sales and Project Management for Capitol Sprinkler and Fire Systems. When Mr. Griffin is not working, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and BBQing at his home in Liberty Hill, Texas with his three dogs and loving wife of over 25 years. He is an avid Tennessee Volunteer Football fan and the proud father of his three grown children.

James Puckett

Mr. Puckett started his career in the fire protection industry in 2010 following his honorable service in the United States Marine Corps. He started as an apprentice in the fire alarm side and was determined to know and understand all aspects of the fire protection industry. Since the start of his career he has obtained all certifications in the field which includes his Fire alarm License (FAL), Fire Sprinkler Inspector License (RME-I), Backflow (BPAT) certification, Hydrant certification and obtained his Class A Extinguishing Systems license (FEL-A). His FEL-A includes Portable, Kitchen Hood and Fire Suppression extinguishing systems.

James Puckett is well verse in all types and brands of fire systems from installing, service and inspecting. He has installed, service and managed small to large projects across Texas state wide. He continues his career by advancing through his NICET certifications and attending seminars to keep himself up to date with new local, state and national codes. Mr. Puckett joined Capitol Sprinkler and Fire Systems as the Fire Alarm Operations Manager. He currently oversees all personnel and projects that are involved with Fire Alarm, Inspections and Special Hazards. He still enjoys putting on his tool belt to go help his team members in the field and help advance their knowledge while on the job site.
