The individual attention I receive from my operations manager is by far the best I've received in the business in over 20 years.  He's personable, prompt, professional and explains everything to me in layman's terms so that I can understand!

In the rare occasions that I have a leak spring up, James is quick to get the issue resolved.   When I had more than a "leak" but a coupling that gave way, he personally was there giving a helping hand to get the work corrected timely. Capitol Sprinkler, and their Operations Manager, James Puckett, are amazing.  I am involved in a condominium community with an outdated fire protection system (heads, pipes, panel, backflow, all of it), with various different failed inspection items across different buildings.   It was very overwhelming and difficult to battle all at once or even begin until we found Capitol Sprinkler.  We tried to work with many other companies before that but all of them seemed to struggle making any progress.  James worked with us patiently and provided practical solutions to correct the items one-by-one.  Both he and the owner, Ben Griffin, have also been instrumental in helping us engage with our insurance and the fire marshal where appropriate while we work to correct our system. It has never felt like they are in it for the money.  Our safety and practical solutions for our community have been their top priority. During a routine (semi-annual) inspection of exhaust hoods and their fire suppression systems, the ANSUL was accidentally tripped on a 60 foot cook line affecting the 16 foodservice businesses operating in our shared kitchen space at Prep ATX.  Capital Sprinkler & Fire Systems' director of operations was on site within 15 minutes of receiving the call from his technician onsite.  Within minutes of his arrival he made the calls necessary to dispatch all available technicians to immediately begin the process of cleaning up the discharged chemical from the hoods, filters, and cooking equipment below the hood.  There were a total of eight persons on site from 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. getting the clean up accomplished.  No one took a lunch, no one took a break, no one had "other things to do".  They came, and they stayed until the last drop was mopped and dried up.

It is extremely rare to find a contractor that is more concerned with solving the immediate problem than their personal concern for negating responsibility in these situations.  It is this "let's fix the problem first" attitude that makes Capital Sprinkler & Fire Systems the outstanding contractor that they are.
